Preparation and Planting: PNPP-Providence Neighborhood Planting Program, Executive Director -Liz Downing, City Forestry Inspector –Tom Morra and crew rise to a rainy day challenge.  A variety of 4 tree species were planted on Douglas Avenue’s North End.  Great  Job !  The species were – River Birch, Red Maple, Flowering Hawthorn, and Red Oak.
